360 Specialized Training Sorting World Cup Damage

You may or may not have noticed some new advertising that has appeared on The Way It Is for 360 Specialized Training over the last week. There is a good reason for this, for the duration of the World Cup there has been an obvious dip in the amount of exercise and obvious spike in alcohol and rubbish consumption. The result is a nation of individuals slowly beginning to resemble the former South African Minister of Health, Manto Tshabalala-Msimang, a fairly hideous sight!

So, I have had a chat with the lads at 360 training and they are willing to offer a limited number of complementary sessions to get "stomach in, chest out" and not "stomach out, chest in." I have already got myself in there to sweat out all the toxins from the last month and will probably go for a session early next week (if this blog stops getting updated you will know they have broken me).

360 is run by a young bunch of professional trainers who are all over living the lifestyle and helping everyone else get their lives in order. If at all interested in a comp session get hold of me by leaving a comment or catching me on Twitter, otherwise check out their website, and if you want to find out more you can contact Gareth on 021 461 0360.
