Good Reason to Be Fat for Summer

There isn't one, nothing, you will just end up doing a lot of waddling, sweating and panting. The image is really not a great one, so bad in fact that your waiter at Kauai recommends you just stick to a glass of water as they are concerned that your wrecked body may at any point give up the ghost, and they really don't want to have to go through the effort of scraping up, and removing your obese corpse... I think I have put the point across quite well, it is really not a great vibe at all.

So, 360 Specialized Training has put together a package to get us kitted for summer. The details are on the Facebook event and if you are serious about getting into shape I recommend checking it out. I started a month ago doing their Warrior workouts and I'm going to be honest, it was pretty tough at first, they really push you and it wasn't uncommon to blank out for extended periods of time. When you wake up you find that your body has kept going and is now being pushed for another 500 meters on the rowing machine.
